Phlebotomy & Home Collection Services

Phlebotomy is the procedure of taking blood from a vein, these samples are then analysed in the laboratory.
We have trained phlebotomists at both our Belleville and Warrens locations. In addition to the collection of blood specimens, these sites will also receive urine, swabs, and stool samples.

Both locations are wheelchair accessible. Our friendly staff is committed to providing valuable experiences to doctors and their patients.

Where are our phlebotomy/collection centres located?

Belleville is our main collection centre and opening hours are Monday to Friday from 7:30 am to 5:00 pm and on Saturdays from 8:00 am to 12 Midday.

Our second location is in Warrens and our opening hours are Monday to Saturday 8:00am to 12:00 Midday.

Our third location is in Prerogative House, Wilkinson Road, St. George. The opening hours are Monday to Saturday 8:00am to 12:00 Midday.

Home Collection

Is it difficult getting to the lab? are you homebound or without transportation? Does it take up all of your busy day getting you or your loved ones to and from the lab? ChemScreen offers you blood collection services in the comfort of your own home.

There is a small additional fee and the appointment can be scheduled at a convenient time for the patient.
